Some sales reps have common names or multiple accounts in Salesforce (ie. Community account). We should be able to filter on Email address or Internal Salesforce accounts...
Email is not an option.
Athough Celigo wasn't passing the correct values for IsActive and UserType, I was able to modify the filter to use the IsPortalEnabled. Not sure why it was passing null values when I used the Boolean IsActive and Picklist UserType...
