There should only be two results - What am I missing?
That search searches flows and integrations. Do you have flows under those other 3 that have "ups" in a flow name?

Yes, for example there is a flow with the word “groups” in it’s name. I see the hint text does says “Search integration & flows”, I had missed that before. I tried quotes to find an exact match but it didn’t work as expected. Do you know any tricks to search for a whole word? Or Integrations only?
For now it's just a simple contains search. We have been in discussions to convert this search to search only integrations and then bring a global search in the top where you could search for anything and everything and then have a dedicated search syntax.
OK, got it. I like the idea of the two search approach you mention. I’ll keep an eye out for that in the future
