Importing JSON (EPCIS) "item receipt" information to NetSuite

We are being required (by US FDA "DSCSA Act" to accept serial number and item information from our suppliers via GS1 EPCIS files into NetSuite.

The information will contain the serial numbers for all items being shipped to us, but the information will be "nested" (i.e. 1 pallet ==> 10 cases of 5 each ==> 50 eaches).

This information will be confirmed via scanning "pallet" when received and then verifying each item sold has a valid serial number based upon information gathered in "EPCIS file".

Has anyone else faced this? Are there any templates for "receiving/mapping" the EPCIS file into NetSuite? Are any other resources available to help us capture this information?

At this point of time we do not have any template or prior information for achieving this.

If we can look at the format of JSON of the EPCIS spec, we can figure out the ways to import and map this data to NetSuite item fields. With JSONs we have a lot of capabilities available on the platform for example transformation or hooks, we'll require more information in case you need assistance mapping this.
