I am using the HTTP connector to connect with MS Dynamics CRM/CE. I have successfully created an account record in CRM. I am trying to get back the GUID ID of the record created. My first question is why don’t I see anything under HTTP Request or HTTP Response when I do a Preview or Send on the Import window? Shouldn’t it show the request and response, at least on Send?

If you enable debug logs for the import in the top right, do they show up there?
Yes, I do see request and response data there. I am not having much luck making sense of it.
When I turn on debug logs, and then go back out and click Send, it says Success 1 page, 1 record.
However, when I go back into the debug log, I see gets on several records. My import is a
composite operation, so it does a GET to determine whether to do a POST/create or a PATCH/update.
I see several GETs in the log, and then one POST. According to the Send, it only processed 1 record!?
