Q. I'm building a flow that has Contacts records, and I can’t figure out any way to import them to a NetSuite Customer record. We tried sublist and line item mappings for "Contacts : Contact" and "Contacts : Email" without success. Is there a simple way to import contacts per customer?
A. Contact is a nonstandard NetSuite sublist on the Customer record, without built-in support in integrator.io. Specifically, NetSuite allows you to create limited Contacts fields when creating a Customer record, but it will not allow you to create a Contact while updating the Customer record.
Instead of updating the Customer record in a single import as hoped, we recommend adding a later import to add or update the Contacts.
