Occassionally a flow generates errors because another flow locks some records from being edited in NetSuite. The locked records have an Any hold or Permanent hold checkbox that prevents record edits.
These errors occur because integrator.io is unable to set the flag on the record that alerts Celigo that the record has already been processed.
To resolve the issue, you can add criteria to the export that excludes sales order records where the Any hold or Permanent hold boxes are checked.
