Failed to save record because This record already exists getting this error on add or update option

Why I’m getting sales order import even though I set Add or update option in settings and added proper lookup criteria. I created a similar search on Netsuite and I get exactly one record but why celigo throwing error anyone check

Try using the External ID (Text) field.

Can you enable debug logs on the connection and then check the logs to see what results are being returned?
