Export stuck in queue but works in Test mode

I am having an issue where my job gets stuck as "Waiting in queue" and doesn't ever get past the initial export. However, when running in test mode the connection seems to work fine. This is a brand new connection to Smartsheet so no other flows are using this connection. This is also in the sandbox environment.

You can see here I let this job run for over an hour with no results.

If I run in Test mode it completed in less than 2 minutes:

Hey Alan, I'd suggest a support ticket for this. I typically only see this in 3 scenarios:

  • Connection is offline
  • Connection has a very large queue of other flows running against it
  • We have a bug
