Connecting Skuvault to NetSuite

We recently spent some time thinking through and implementing a group of new flows that have significantly improved the flow of the business. We have a legacy inventory system with a long relationship that we trust very much, Skuvault. When we transitioned our business system to NetSuite we opted to keep this system to manage our warehouses and inventory. The main issue is that they were not able to be connected and this created a lot of extra work for the warehouse and accounting as well as delays created with duplicating information in both systems.
Celigo flows solved this for us. It took some time and we had to think through the business operational changes as well as the flows but we got it! We implemented a flow to keep the item master new and changed data up to date in both systems, we implemented a flow to create & update POs in both systems and we created a flow to create and update inventory receipts in both systems. We have more flows we are strategically planning for the future but these 3 have given us much a significant improvement to the manual issues we had previously. These are all custom flows that had to built from scratch but they are working beautifully. It just took us imagining a different path and asking questions to find out there are so many possibilities.

@Tabby_Shultz That is awesome, thanks for sharing! It is great to hear that these flows are helping multiple teams and the business. How many hours of manual effort do you think these flows are saving you a month?

Also, if you are able to, it would be great if you could share a screenshot of one of the flows (it doesn't have to show any details, just the high level steps/bubbles one of the flows).

I am estimating it is saving at least 1.5 FTEs or 240 hours per month. If you ask the team they may say even more if you add up all the little steps we have changed.
