Celigo - Seriously... why are FTP ops getting hung up?

Several days this week and last week my FTP operations will randomly get hung up. The FTP server is 100% up, healthy and FAST when I connect with FileZilla. Same account, but for some reason Celigo is totally stuck.

I've been having this issue for years and it really needs to get resolved.

Our clients are noticing. I'm having to send responses to large audiences on good sized projects and basically tell them "Sorry we don't have that ready yet, our integration system is stuck with some kind of an issue" and they know we're using Celigo.

9:56 and still stuck. ARGH!!

Just completed after 13 minutes. Did my post trigger an action on the Celigo side?

Hey Steve, can you share you flow id?

Hi Tyler, of course 69dfd3dfff344512b4fd93e0

Was there any other flow consuming that FTP connection when you went to run? One thing to note on FTP connections is they don't currently have concurrency settings. So if something else is consuming the connection queue, other flows would sit behind it. We are currently working on bring concurrency to the FTP adaptor since it's the last adaptor to not have it.

No, nothing else was using the connection.

It was not queued or waiting, it was In progress ...

It looks like it was not specific to the ftp service, but was related to a spike in traffic to one of our other common services. We're currently revamping this service which would address situations like this.

I appreciate the additional details and knowing it's being addressed. I've got a call at 7:30am tomorrow with the project team that's been affected by this and will gladly pass along this news that the issue is acknowledged AND being addressed.
