Celigo configuration errors in Salesforce

I am encountering an issue while setting up a Real-time Listener in Celigo to capture Leads from Salesforce. During the setup process, the system fails to retrieve the list of available sObject types, making it impossible to proceed with the configuration.

Steps I followed:

  • Opened the Real-time Listener configuration.
  • Selected Salesforce as the source application.
  • Attempted to fetch sObject types, but the list does not populate.

The issue may be with the profile you are using in Salesforce. It is best to test this using a System Admin profile.
