If you're running into issues with the new Salesforce restrictions on OAuth, here's a path we used to reauthorize our org for Celigo.
Reauthorizing Celigo with Salesforce
-
Authorize the Connection: Have a Salesforce system admin authorize the connection from Celigo to your org.
-
Find the Connected App: In Salesforce, go to Setup > Connected Apps OAuth Usage
-
Install the App: Find Integrator_io in the list and click Install.
-
Configure Permissions: Set up the connected app to match your security policies. We recommend:
-
Relaxed IP Restrictions
-
Pre-authorized Admin Users
-
-
Add Your Integration User: Once the app is installed, go to Connected App OAuth Usage. Under the Integrator_io entry, click Manage Profiles. Add the profile for your dedicated integration user to the list of allowed profiles.
-
Reconnect in Celigo: Go back to Celigo and reauthorize the connection using your integration user's credentials.
