Assistance Required – GraphQL Connection Endpoint Limitation

Hello Everyone,

I am currently working on six Shopify stores, which have a subscription for three endpoints. Two of the endpoints (Shopify and NetSuite) are already in use. Now, there is a requirement to set up custom flows for all six stores using the GraphQL import.

When I created a GraphQL connection for Store 1, it was successful, and I was able to implement and test the flow. However, after setting up the GraphQL connection for Store 2, I encountered the following issue while enabling the Store 2 flow:

"You have reached the maximum number of endpoints for your subscription. Please contact sales to request an upgrade."

Could you clarify the reasoning behind each GraphQL connection for a store being counted as a separate endpoint?

Additionally, I attempted to update the Shopify version, but it is not reflecting the latest version. I have already requested the client to update it using the Shopify's owner credentials, but the version remains unchanged.

I would appreciate your guidance on resolving these issues at the earliest, as this is a high-priority request. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Since GraphQL is a generic connector and not natively built into the Shopify named connector yet, each store would count. That being said, they will generally provision additional endpoints to work around this. The customer will need to reach out to their Celigo account manager to have additional endpoints provisioned.

I also just took a look at the roadmap, and it looks like GraphQL experience is being added natively into the Shopify connector in the April release. Adding @layakodam to provide any additional insights as she is working on this.
