Understanding Celigo Partner Badges

Hello! I’m Suzanne O'Connor, Sr. Director of Partner Programs with Celigo, and I have the pleasure of working with all of our Celigo partners.

As you interact here in the Connective, you will come across some Partner Badges on the profiles of our partners, and I wanted to give you a quick overview of what they mean.

Authorized Partner
This is where all partners begin their journey with Celigo. Authorized Celigo partners work closely with our sales and service organization to support your success. Our Authorized partners have industry expertise, a foundational understanding of our products and services, and offer basic implementation or support services.

Standard Partner
In addition to industry knowledge, our Standard partners have a deeper understanding of our products and services, a strong sales and support relationship with our company, and a solid track record of working with Celigo's products while offering value-added services to our joint customers.

Advanced Partner
Advanced partners maintain close sales and support relationships with Celigo and possess deep expertise in iPaaS solutions, including complex integrations, automation, and enterprise-scale deployments. They have demonstrated a strong track record of successful integrations across multiple industries and can provide you with strategic guidance to maximize your return on investment.

Elite Partner
Our Elite partners are the highest level of partnership in our program. They also possess deep industry expertise, have completed extensive training, and hold advanced certifications, ensuring best-in-class service. Our Elite partners offer end-to-end consulting, implementation, customization, and ongoing maintenance and support.

Hi, Suzanne. How are the different levels determined, are the Celigo certifications I earned involved?

Geoff, are you referring to the Celigo U certifications? If so, those have their own badges. For now, there is just Builder Core, but there will be more in the future. After you pass the university certification, the badge will automatically be assigned to you.

It looks like you have the older Level 4 certification and earned it before 2024. Because of that, you'll need to go through the new certification, and you should do it before April as it will cost money after that. You can find the information here: https://training.celigo.com/page/frequently-asked-questions.

As a side note, you can review all badges here: Celigo Connective

These are good descriptions but the don't really take into account partners that choose to stay small. We have deep expertise, but we're not focused on getting larger so at best we'd reach the Standard level. We've been doing this since 2019 and were one of your first partners. The Authorized label diminishes our experience and knowledge. (Still working on getting the new certifications. We've been swamped with work the past few months.)

Hi Geoff. Thank you for reaching out. You can find details on the requirements and benefits of the Celigo Partner Program on the Partner Portal here.

You may also contact your partner manager if you would like to discuss those requirements in more detail. If you don't have a partner manager, please feel free to send me an email at partners@celigo.com and I am happy to review the program levels with you.

Regards,
Suzanne

Tyler, I'm so glad I asked! I hadn't heard a thing about a new certification or deadline and as Suzanne said, I had had the previous certification for years. Fortunately, reviewing the new self-paced certification courses was plenty to ace my recertification in time. Are there any more certifications at this time? I noticed that there was only a brief mention of EDI in one course this time, unlike the test for the previous Level 4 certification that I held.

There is a B2B Manager course, but not a B2B Manager certification. The only certification currently is the Builder Core. I know the university is working on certifications for B2B and Builder Pro/Advanced, but those aren't out at this time.
