I have successfully synced an email address on Autopilot. Now all future emails to/from this address will sync to the same NetSuite record.
I noticed attachments did not sync on Autopilot. Is it possible to have them sync as well?

Thanks for your questions! If you are using Email Autopilot, you can include the attachment by using the clip icon that you see besides the record name. This will let you choose if you want to include attachments:
- Current Emails
- Future Emails
Since you mentioned that email has been attached, we remove the associate then select the attachment preference.
Step 1:Go to the email thread. At the top portion of the ExtendSync panel, click the three dots.
Step 2: Select the record that you need to remove the association from the Association records list.
Step 3: Click Remove.
Step 4 (Optional): For emails on Autopilot, turn off the email sync. Check the steps here.
Step 5: This will remove the association, try to save the email again and include the file attachments.
