Suggestions for Orders paid with Loyalty Points

Hi There,

I wanted to see if anyone has suggestions for this. Our client has a loyalty tracking system called Annex Cloud and customers will be able to pay with points. I'm assuming we'll need to somehow map points purchases to a payment method or payment item. Has anyone experienced a similar system?

Sorry for the delay. We have reviewed this use-case and thought of an alternate solution. You would require to add a new mapping in Order Import flow as like below

And select a Payment Item in the setting "NetSuite item to track Magento store credit redemption as a line item"

But, to confirm the working of this approach, we require a retry JSON of an Order which has this Loyalty points added. And also, would like to confirm, the client you mentioned doesn't deal with Store Credits right or there would be use-case with combination of Loyalty Points & Store Credits ??

I'll get back to you guys once I'm able to get with the developers and get a transaction JSON from Magento.
