New Celigo flow adding all the items taxable

Hey ,
I’m trying to get the taxable flag to pull from NetSuite, but in my mapping I can’t seem to add the “Taxable”( Charge tax on this product)field from Shopify. I ended up making a formula in my saved search to get out true/false, but honestly, it’s not working. This used to work fine before the deprecation, but now its always putting the taxable to true. I even tried tossing it in as a metafield, but since it’s not a custom field (and my saved search is using a formula), I just keep hitting a wall.
Anyone actually gotten this to work lately? Would love any tips or ideas, because I’m out of them at this point!
Thanks!

Hi Kelly,

Can you try adding the mapping under the variants object as shown in the screenshot below?

Ensure that the Destination Field Type is set to Boolean. You can set the Source field as needed.

Hi Thank you I did try it that way and it is still not changing the Boolean :frowning: here is my screenshot please let me know if you see anything wrong

May I have a screenshot of the saved search Results tab and Preview?

Also, is this for the NetSuite item to Shopify product (add or update) or the NetSuite matrix item to Shopify product (add or update)?

Hi Kelly,

I tested this and it should work.

Please submit a support ticket so our Support Team can check the saved search and the mapping.

Thanks!

Hi sorry had an emergency yesterday , yes its the netsuite item to shopify

If the Taxable field in NetSuite is a checkbox then you can set up the mapping and the saved search Results tab as shown in the screenshot:

I hope this helps!
