How to prevent resetting Netsuite line item fields when updating opportunity

I have a flow in which I update for example the delivery date of a line item in Netsuite. The flow is an import with an operation Update. However it will also reset all other fields of the lineitem which I am updating like the price. Is there a way to prevent this and thus only update the targeted field i.e the delivery date?

Generally, setting the "Items : Item" field resets the line in NetSuite. I would suggest you use a different identifying field like "Items : Line ID" to identify a line uniquely. This would not set the "item" field again hence would not reset the line.

I already have another field set up as a key. However If I do not set Item : Item (InternalId) then I will get an error Please add item. And when I am setting Item its resetting the line values.

Hey, @nuriensing As your operation is "Update" you don't need to set the "Item: item" again for line-level field updates. You just need to tell us the "Line ID" so that we can update that line.

Can you try and check if you can get the "Line ID" field across and use that?

You probably might be getting "Please enter a value for Item" as it might be creating a new line instead of updating an existing line. If we have the correct "Line ID" mapping, it should update that line and you will not see this error.
