Also, we often use this field that isn't available in the dropdown: item[*].item.internalid. This lets you map to the item's internal ID, which would be the typical way most other records you work with operate. If you put in item[*].item.internalid it will let you map directly to the internalId of the item you are trying to receive against and add the quantities to that item to create a partial receipt.
