I created a import step for Netsuite SO to cancel the SO where I will get the Sales orders from PO# field coming from EDI Then in the mapping field I put Status to C (hardcoded to C - Cacelled) but it is not working giving invalid status
Is the Sales Order in a Pending Approval status?? You can only Cancel sales orders in Pending Approval status. If it’s approved you’ll have to close the order by marking all the orders lines close.
Can you provide a sample mapping do I need a lookup before it to get the item lines
