Celigo Integration with Channeladvisor

Hello,

We are trying to build a Channeladvisor custom flow however I am running into an issue with our oauth refresh token not renewing.

We can authorize the connection via the Channeladvisor Grant page with the redirect URL however after awhile the authorization expires and our connection fails.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm unfamiliar with Channel Advisor, but have you checked if there is a scope required to refresh and if so, was it selected in the initial grant? Just a guess...

Celigo support helped me with configuring my ChannelAdvisor connection. I had the same issue that you did. The fix was to add params to authorization URL.
