We're using the NetSuite Sales Order to Salesforce Order Add/Update flow. But I noticed that a few Orders are missing from Salesforce and more are missing some data that should've been mapped.
While looking into the unsynced orders, I saw that the flow had events around the time that a missed order would've been synced. However, I can't see any data about that event, only that it happened and that it was allegedly successful. But we don't have an order in Salesforce created at that time. So, what was successful about that event? I can't even tell. The jobs.json file in the diagnostics you can download for an event doesn't seem to include any data about the order, only the event in Celigo.
For the field sync issue, we map the tranid of the NetSuite Sales Order to two fields on the Salesforce Order record, but most of our Orders only have a value in one of those two fields. How is that even possible?
Has anyone else encountered problems like this? How can I troubleshoot problems like this?
