so by default the Netsuite to Salesforce account flow maps shipstate (not a dropdown field from Netsuite) to the Shipping Address State/Province Code in Salesforce.
Unfortunately the Shipstate from Netsuite uses the short name values from Netsuite, and for the UK North Yorkshire becomes N Yorkshire. On the salesforce side, valid country/state combinations are part of global picklists, where the code cannot exceed 10 characters.
I'd like to use a picklist dynamic search to look by state name and flip it to the appropriate code, however shipstate is the state code/abbreviation, is there a shipstatename magical field (not in the drop list) that gives the name of the state instead of the code?
