When attempting to create a credit memo, Celigo inadvertently creates two lines. Has anyone faced this?

Have you tried checking the debug / execution logs to see whats happening under the hood?

For some reason, below is the only mapping needed to solve it (still debugging why it creates duplicates without it)

I guess you set that for the .plu item right?

Correct. that was the solution and only solution I have with this.

I have the same issue. However, adding the key did not solve my issue. I am still getting duplicate entries

After adding the parent key, it still created two lines. When I removed the inventory detail mapping, and let it auto resolve the bins, It provided one line and returned the inventory to the correct location.

Hi Patrick,

To resolve this, I had to use item internal Id and Line Id as keys to find existing lines.

I don’t think it uses a combination of both keys. My understanding is that it uses only one field as the matching key. @tylerlamparter do you happen to know?

I'm not too sure. @praveenbasani or @muneswarathotakura do you know this one?

Can guarantee it uses both keys. Because we have same item appearing in multiple lines and this is the only way to find the right line for us. So this definitely works.

Yeah @tylerlamparter, we do respect adding a combination of multiple keys for NetSuite.
