When updating a record such as a Sales Order, we sometimes encounter a user error that can be safely ignored. In the NetSuite UI, the Sales Order can still be updated—for example, when prompted with:

_“Items on this line have been fulfilled. Are you sure you want to modify this item?”_

However, in Celigo this same scenario results in an error and blocks the update. Is there a way in Celigo to save the record despite this error?

Hi @nuriensing
Based on our understanding, there is no such option to skip these warnings using APIs. However, I’m working with my team to analyse this further.

I will keep this post updated if we find anything helpful.

Thanks.
