# Unable to trigger Netsuite to Magento 2 customer export flow via CSV

If you are unable to trigger **NetSuite to Magento 2** customer export flow post updating the records using CSV, then enable the " **RUN SERVER SUITESCRIPT AND TRIGGER WORKFLOWS**" in CSV import preferences.

To enable:

1. Navigate to **NetSuite** home page → Setup → Import/Export → CSV Import Preferences.
2. Select the **RUN SERVER SUITESCRIPT AND TRIGGER WORKFLOWS** checkbox.
3. Click **Save**.
