# Unable to create RMA \[Missing Record\]

Hey all

i'm having wierd issue when i'm trying to create RA in NS from Amazon using **FBA Returns Add-on**  
  
**Error : attachItemLinesToRMA | RMA# 1065609 not found in NS**  
  
_This Record exists in NS I even hardcode it in the lookup Criteria_

**but still get this is issue in Standard flow i created custom flow to test and it working with no issues**   
  
**is this is a bug in the standard Amazon flow**
