All, I am trying to sync the fulfillments for BOPIS orders from Shopify into NetSuite. But I am getting following error: "Failed to save the fulfillment record for the order #4401737760925 as Failed to create, update/transform record because You must have at least one valid line item for this transaction.." Hello Sujit Desai, We cannot exactly point the issue looking at the mappings, We need to look at the Netsuite record & logs if there are any additional parameters that are required in the shipment record to actually get the line items in Netsuite. Please create a ticket with our support team and we can help you resolve the issue.
