On our order import flow from Shopify to NetSuite, for online orders, we are hitting what I would call an excessive amount of timeout errors. Is there anything on the Celigo side that folks have come across that might cause these kinds of issues? We adjusted concurrency on the connection and in NetSuite, still had issues bringing in a few thousand orders. Thoughts? ---

Hi Lee, Can you provide the following information: 1. The error you are receiving in the flow. 2. Name of the flow. 3. Page and batch size of the Export and Import Step. You can find these under the Advanced section of the step. 4. Screenshot of your Concurrency Monitor page Thank you! ---

Hi Ellyxzer, The name of the flow is Shopify order to NetSuite order (cash sale or sales order) The error is on Post Orders to NetSuite with 153 pages Concurrency is running at peak right now, but we are seeing this even when NetSuite concurrency is 50 or 75 | source | code | message | | --- | --- | --- | | application | sss\_time\_limit\_exceeded | Script Execution Time Exceeded. | ---

Looks like we did not set a Page Size or Batch size limit. ---

Hi Lee, By default the page size is 20 when blank, while batch size is 1000 when blank. Can you set the Page size to 10 while batch size 500. Let me know if the same issue persists. ---

Thank you! Adjusting page and batch size seems to be working, that has brought down errors significantly. ---

Glad to hear that worked on your end. If any case this happens again, I would recommend adjusting to a smaller size for both settings.
