# No Accounts are syncing across to Netsuite from Salesforce

No Accounts are syncing across to Netsuite from Salesforce.

Got this error on Listener:

- Is this your first time encountering this kind of concern? When did it start happening?
- Was there anything done recently that may have caused this issue?
- Is this happening to all records or only for these specific sample records?
- What is the expected behavior when you run the Salesforce Account to NetSuite Customer Add/Update flow?
