But now the filter should look at sales rep id?

I changed the filter to sales rep ID

But it still errors out

Why are you saying Sales Rep ID is Name?

Im trying to translate the sales rep id on the employee record, to the sales rep name, so it appears on the newly imported customer.

Here is the employee sales rep id

And here is the customer record with a sales rep field for the sales rep name. Clearly im missing something??

Change it back to this and keep Internal ID as the returned value and keep it as a mapping to Sales Rep (Internal ID).

Whoa, i think you nailed it Tyler. I just imported two new test customers with different sales rep id and they correctly mapped to the sales rep names.

Im going to test a couple more scenarios, but so far so good!

Yeah, we imported a couple more new customers and the logic is working! I think we can close this ticket for now.

We now have to do something similar with a new Item FTP file that will contain new Items. So i may start a new thread for that one if needed.

I truly appreciate everyone's help and patience!
