I was testing the account sync IO data flow from NetSuite to salesforce, During testing of the account data flow, I found that when a customer is created in NetSuite, not all information syncs to the Salesforce account. The primary address and a few other fields are missing.

However, when the same customer is edited in NetSuite, all fields, including the primary address, sync correctly to Salesforce through the same flow.

**Why this is not a mapping issue:** the field mappings are identical for create and edit. If a field were mapped incorrectly, it would fail in both cases. Since the edit syncs everything correctly, the mappings are working as designed.

**What this indicates:** the issue is specific to the create event in the Celigo integration flow, most likely related to how or when record data is picked up from NetSuite at the time of creation. This is behavior in the integration layer, not something that can be fixed by changing the mappings.

@pradipkumar_marade2 Thanks for reporting this. We confirmed it is a bug in the NetSuite customer to Salesforce Account sync.

On create, the flow sends the customer before NetSuite has saved the primary address onto the record, so that address is missed. An edit sends the saved address, which is why it syncs correctly then. The mappings are fine.

We have logged this and will fix it.

Hello Sandeep ,

Thank you for your reply and let me know the detailed information about the issue/bug. However, we have raised the ticket for this issue with Celigo. Can you please look into this?

Hi Pradip,

Here is why the primary address is missing on create and present after an edit.

A customer address in NetSuite is stored on the address book. That address book is a sublist, the same kind of list as the lines on a sales order. This flow exports only the main fields on the customer, such as name and phone. It does not export the address sublist, so the address lines themselves are not sent as a list.

What does sync is the default billing and shipping address. NetSuite copies that address onto the customer only after the save has finished. The real-time export sends the customer as it stands at save time. It does not read the customer back from NetSuite afterward. That second read is the Reload record before export setting, and it is off on this create sync flow. On create, the primary address is not on the customer yet when the flow sends it, so the Salesforce Account is created without it.

On a later edit, that address is already saved on the customer. The same flow then sends it, which is why the Account updates correctly. The field mappings are fine.

The fix is to turn Reload record before export on for this flow, so a new customer sync includes the primary address.
