# Netsuite Deposit Applications

I'm trying to upload a deposit application but I keep getting the same error.

Mapping:

Error:

`Failed to create, update/transform record because You have attempted an invalid sublist or line item operation. You are either trying to access a field on a non-existent line or you are trying to add or remove lines from a static sublist. Tip: Please make sure that all the line items that you're trying to use exist on the record.`

I tried hardcoding the subsidiary and the customer even thogh they are inherited from the deposit (Application Of). I have no issues creating this exact same application from the UI on Netsuite.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Facundo,

I'm just replying with what helped fix this concern on our ticket:

Instead of Application of (Internal Id), we used the Created From.

Marked the Use as a key field to find existing lines checkbox.

Upon testing, it worked and created the Deposit record in NetSuite.
