# Mapping Shopify total tax per lines in NetSuite

Can anyone share ideas on how I can sum the the tax\_lines array per line\_items so that I can get the total tax per line on custom column in NetSuite?

Hi Jon,

This should be pretty straight forward. Try this:

Thank you for the quick response.

I've already tried this but unfortunately, the line\_items[\*].tax\_total does not return any value from Shopify.

Hi Jon,

There must be something different with the data coming out of Shopify then. I reviewed 2 other Shopify - NetSuite integrations and they both have the line level tax being populated with that mapping. Maybe that helps point you in the right direction.
