Hi Everyone,

I’m receiving this error message when trying to send an 870 document via FTP to DSCO.

Message:
Could not save EDI transactions to database: EdiTransaction validation failed: documentType: `870` is not a valid enum value for path `documentType`.

Code: edi\_mongodb\_save\_error

Source: Internal

Timestamp: 2026-03-24T21:23:45.230Z

Error ID: 2652065627

Trace key : 7319103

This transaction type as worked in the past. I suspect this is an internal error related to the EDI dashboard. I’m going to work around it by manually saving the file but I think this may be an issue.

Thanks!

@davidgollom can you please try now?

Should be able to load the file and view the data on the 'EDI activity' without any customisations.
