Hello,
We are trying to import credit memos for November 2025 into NS but seemingly random credit memos generate an error and others do not.
The error is below.
Ive reviewed the raw txt file and dont see any dates from a closed period. Maybe im looking in the wrong spot.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

@baltazarrocha There’s nothing obvious to suggest here. I would recommend you raise this one with Support, if you haven’t already.

Does the trandate fall inside the account period? If not then its logical that you get that error.

This a vendor bill credit - not sure if that matters. I dont immediately see any transdate on the related documents outside of the accounting period.
Not sure what else could trigger it.
