Hello Experts,

I’m scratching my head over an issue in one of my integrations. I’m importing an **Invoice** into NetSuite, which I’ve done many times in other integrations without any problems. However, this particular integration is throwing an error related to **Inventory Detail** , even though:

- I’m using a form where Inventory Detail is not exposed

- **Ignore Mandatory Fields** is set to **True**

- Creating the same invoice manually in the NetSuite UI using that form works fine without setting Inventory Detail

For context, we have items where some locations use **Bins** and other locations do not.

Has anybody experienced this before, or know what could be causing NetSuite to require Inventory Detail in an integration context but not in the UI?

Unfortunately, this won’t work. Because some of the items doesn’t use bins and like what I’ve said earlier, there’s an identical integration that works fine doing the same thing. The only difference is the CSV file and the subsidiary.

When I create the invoice in UI, NetSuite just accepts it even without the Inventory Details.

Found the solution, I disabled the Use Bins in the Location Record.

Your welcome, did you disabled the bins on the location record via Celigo mapping? Can you share a screenshot in your reply?

I disabled it directly in the Location record through the NetSuite UI.
