# I am trying to create an Return Authorization from Sales order

Return authorization is getting created. However Created From parent salesorder is not populated. 

 

_celigo\_nlobjTransformType_' & '_celigo\_nlobjTransformId_' (which gets converted to Created From (Name) )

@avinashtharayil you should choose the Created From (InternalId) based on your mapping:

I did try that. The Sales Order Internal ID is the one that is set.

@avinashtharayil from your screenshot, that is not the one set. You have Created From (Name). Are you saying it also didn't work when you tried Created From (InternalId)?
