Hi,

I am trying to create a Cash Refund in NetSuite by transforming a Cash Sale record. However, in Celigo's Import Mapping, the Created From field is not available for mapping on the Cash Refund record.

Is it possible to create a Cash Refund by transforming a Cash Sale through Celigo?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hey Nithya,

Can you try linking "Payment events : Line ID" to the original cash sale id?

Hi Ovina,
Thank you for taking the time to respond and share your suggestions. I appreciate your help.
I mapped the Cash Sale internal ID to the Payment Events Line ID field as suggested, but I am still encountering an error. I have attached screenshots of the error message and my mapping configuration for reference.

Hi Nithya, you can use '_celigo\_nlobjTransformType_' & '_celigo\_nlobjTransformId_' in the mapping, where "TransformType" is the record from which you are transforming (cashsale) and "TransformId" is the internal id of the exact record. You can find examples of this [in this post](https://connective.celigo.com/t/how-to-transform-record-to-netsuite/1451/5) for a similar issue with invoices/payments.
