Whenever the accounts are exported from Salesforce to Acumatica. If there is an existing record, How can we update them?

@shailareddy Moving this post to Troubleshoot custom flows section as your query is not related to Celigo University.

Just wanted to understand if you are trying to do this using the Salesforce - Acumatica template or using a custom template. Also, what exactly is it you are looking to do? Do you want to overwrite the existing record with the data from Salesforce or ignore the data from Salesforce and keep the existing record as is.

I am building a custom flow, when there is an existing record in Acumatica. If we want to update that from salesforce how can we do that?

Hi Shaila - you need to set up your flow as a Delta that can identify records as either update or create, use the {{lastExportDateTime}} parameter in the relative URI and set the data fields to use (usually an ID field). Hope that helps!
