NetSuite released a change last night that causes custom field data to now be copied to all lines on the Item Fulfillment record. So, in the saved searches that drive the NetSuite \> Shopify fulfillments, the etail Order Id not empty filter no longer works to return only one line per order line. It's returning 3 lines per order line. This causes a downstream error in shopify of course.

The fix is to filter on the field Account Type is - None - and that'll get you the right line(s).

I've seen this in 3 NetSuite so far, and it appears to be on all NetSuite accounts.

I'm putting in a support case. Have you done that already?

It looks like NetSuite made an update or made a bug. To fix it for now, you can update your saved search with the below:

What's the quickest way to retry these errors? I'm trying to avoid having to CSV import against the eTail Order Fulfilment exported field for my affected fulfilments

@meckens I would run a mass update in NetSuite. It's a once only flow by default so you'll have to uncheck that checkbox. You can use Date Created as a filter.

For the interim workaround and reprocessing errors please follow the step-by-step instructions documented in the KB **[Resolve NetSuite fulfillment export errors caused by duplicate lines or negative quantities](https://docs.celigo.com/hc/en-us/articles/56337068545179-Resolve-NetSuite-fulfillment-export-errors-caused-by-duplicate-lines-or-negative-quantities)**.
