I’ve been setting up my first EDI flow and I’ve been able to send test documents to our partner. After some feedback I made some changes to the mappings for the document and started getting this error in Integrator:

| No Error Message returned from the Endpoint. | |
| --- | --- |

In the debug connection the full message is this:

--------ERROR-CASE--------

[

{

```
code: 'proxy_endpoint_response_error',
message: 'Error from proxy endpoint : Error socket hang up',
source: 'internal'
```

}

]

--------END-ERROR-CASE--------

Any ideas on what the issue is or how this happened would be appreciated!

Hi @jackhansen from the error description you’ve shared I understand that the partner system accepted the connection, but closed it before sending a full response. Can you please re-try this again, before you can check with the partner what went wrong at their end?

I tried resending and it went through just fine and the partner was able to verify it. Not sure what the issue was, I’m very new to EDI do events like this happen often and just waiting to run it again is often the fix?

@jackhansen this is an issue from the partner end.

If this is an AS2 connection that you're using to connect to the partner, on the flow step of the AS2 connection you could provide a value for the 'Max retries'.
